Camera-Ready Instructions

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper to IEEE WINCOM 2026.

To have your paper included in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®, all camera-ready requirements must be completed by September 15, 2026.
The final submission consists of the following mandatory steps.

Step 1: Prepare the Camera-Ready Manuscript

Please revise your paper by addressing all reviewers' comments and prepare the final version using the official IEEE Conference template.

Requirements :

1. Maximum length: 6 pages (up to 2 extra pages are allowed with an overlength fee of USD 50 per page).
2. Use the official IEEE two-column format (10-point font).
3. Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers.
4. Ensure all fonts are embedded and the PDF is not password protected.

The first page must include:

1. Title;
2. Names of ALL authors, they must be listed in the same order as in EDAS;
3. Affiliations of ALL authors;
4. Email addresses of ALL authors;
5. Abstract;
6. Keywords;
7. Copyright notice.

Step 2: Add the IEEE Copyright Notice

Insert the appropriate IEEE copyright notice at the bottom of the first page. For most papers, use:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-1282-6/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-1282-6/26/$31.00 ©2026 European Union.
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-1282-6/26/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE

LaTeX Users

The following latex commands can be used to insert the standard IEEE copyrightnotice in your paper. Add these before the “\maketitle” command.

Step 3: Validate Your PDF with IEEE PDF eXpress

Before uploading your paper to EDAS, your PDF must be validated using IEEE PDF eXpress.

Create your account here: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login

Log into IEEE PDF eXpress with conference ID: 71292X (to be updated if necessary)

1. Create new title…
2. Upload either your source files or your PDF.
3. Download the IEEE Xplore® compliant PDF generated or validated by PDF eXpress.
   

Step 4: Complete the IEEE Copyright Form

Log in to EDAS, open your accepted paper, click the Copyright icon, and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF).

Step 5: Upload the Final Manuscript

Upload the validated PDF eXpress file via EDAS under Final Manuscript before the submission deadline.

Presentation Policy

Every accepted paper must be presented (onsite or online) by one of the authors or an approved substitute.

5-minute Q&A

Papers that are not presented will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore®, according to IEEE's No-Show Policy.
Publication

Only papers that are:

• Accepted
• Registered
• Camera-ready submitted
• Copyright completed
• Presented at the conference

will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore® and indexing services suchas Scopus and DBLP (subject to IEEE and indexing policies).

Invitation/Visa Letter

Authors requiring a visa letter may download it directly from EDAS after completing their registration and camera-ready submission.

Final Submission Checklist

Before September 15, 2026, please verify that you have completed all of the following:

• Addressed all reviewers' comments
• Prepared the paper using the IEEE template
• Inserted the correct IEEE copyright notice
• Validated the PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress
• Completed the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form
• Uploaded the final manuscript via EDAS
• Completed the conference registration
• In EDAS, indicate your preferred presentation mode (On-site or Online) and identify the presenter who will deliver the paper during the conference.
• Verified that the author list matches EDAS exactly
