Camera-Ready version + IEEE Copyright Form Deadline is: September 13, 2023

To be published in the WINCOM 2023 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore digital library, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference. Each accepted paper must be presented the conference by an author at unless the TPC Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter (arranged in advance of the event) who is qualified both to present and answer questions.

At least one of the authors listed in the paper must register for WINCOM23. One registration may cover up to two (2) papers of which the registrant is co-author.
